Items ordered on this site are custom made and therefore sales are final. (Sorry, no returns or exchanges).

Sizing: We have included a size charts from the manufacturers to help you make your selections. Also most sizes are available to try on at Strauss Skates in Maplewood (1751 Cope Ave East, Maplewood, MN). It is strongly suggested that you try on these jackets. Friends at the rink also may allow you to try their jacket on for size.

Delivery: Orders will be distributed by the club prior to Robin Lee.

Back Orders: We do our best to monitor item availability from our manufacturers; however, in the event that an item is out of stock from the manufacturer, we will contact you with options We are not responsible for manufacturer back-orders.

Online Order and Credit Card Fee: There will be a 6.5% fee added to your total during the checkout process. This fee covers credit card processing fees and the cost to use this ordering platform.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at StraussTeams@gmail.com so that we can verify accuracy and receipt of your order. In the email please include your full name as well as the organization you are ordering with.
